Chi Delta Chapter was originally chartered on the campus of the University of Maryland College Park. Presently, the Chi Delta Chapter is a graduate chapter made of up of college educated men and is presently no longer a student organization at the University of Maryland.

Chi Delta participates in community service consistently throughout the year. Service initiatives include voter registration, talent hunt, and mentorship
